Ucf Calendar Fall 2023 – ORLANDO – Head coach Becky Kramer and the UCF rowing team officially announced the schedule for the 2022-2023 season, which begins this weekend on October 7 with a scrimmage at Jacksonville University.
UCF will travel to Charlottesville, Va. November 13 for the first official meeting of the Rivanna Romp season. The Knights have only competed in this regatta twice in their history, first in the 2006 season and then again in 2019.

The Black and Gold will open the spring semester at home with a two-day matchup against Iowa on February 9 and 10 at Pickett Lake.
Inaugural Big 12 Schedules Revealed For Cincinnati, Houston, Ucf
The team will remain in Orlando for the senior season on March 17, where they will face Miami, UConn and Jacksonville.
At the end of the month, the Knights will travel to Sarasota for the Sunshine State Invite from March 31-April. 1. UCF has participated in this invitational for the past six years and won three grand finals in last year’s meeting.
UCF returns to Sarasota again on April 7-8 for the Big 10 Invitational. The Black and Gold are excited for this regatta as this is the Knights first year competing in this race.
Ucf Spring Football Game Moved To 7:30 P.m. On April 14
The Knights will travel to Raleigh, NC on April 21-22. They participated in last year’s event, which was hosted by Duke and North Carolina.
The Knights have their final regular season outing on April 29 in Eugene, Oregon for the Oregon State Invitational.
The American Athletic Conference Championships will be held on May 14 in Oakridge, Tennessee. UCF finished second in the team standings with 144 points at last year’s meet and five Knights were recognized by the league.

UCF will travel to Manhattan, Kansas, for its conference opener on Sept. 23 against 2022 Big 12 champion Kansas State. A week later, the Knights will play their first Big 12 home game (Sept. 30) with a date against 2021 Big 12 champion Baylor at FBC Mortgage Stadium.

UCF’s home conference slate features matchups against Baylor, West Virginia, Oklahoma State and Houston. The Knights’ slate of Big 12 road games includes Kansas State, Kansas, Oklahoma (most recent Big 12 champion 2015-16-17-18-19-20), Cincinnati and Texas Tech.
Eight of UCF’s nine Big 12 games are against teams that have played in postseason bowl games since the 2022 season, including Texas Bowl champion Texas Tech and Independence Bowl champion Houston.
All six of UCF’s road games in 2023 are against teams that play in bowl games until the end of 2022. The only team on UCF’s schedule that finished in the final 2022 poll is the Big 12 champion in Kansas State, which was ninth in the final CFP rankings and 14th. The Knights are 0-1 against Kansas State (0-1 in Manhattan), 1-0 against Baylor (Fiesta Bowl victory in the 2013 season), 0-2 against West Virginia (0-1 in Orlando), 4-4 vs. Cincinnati (1-3 at Cincinnati) and 7-3 vs. Houston (4-2 at Orlando).
Against its non-league opponents, UCF is 2-2 vs. Kent State (1-1 in Orlando — won in 2002, lost in 2004), 1-0 vs. Boise State (win in Gus’ first game Malzahn. UCF coach in 2021) and 1-0 vs. Villanova (home win in 2006).
