Sausd Calendar 21 22 – Santa Ana High School was locked down “out of an abundance of caution” after Santa Ana police received a bomb threat from a student and a report of an armed suspect in the area, Santa Ana said. Unified School District.
No one was allowed to enter or leave the campus until 4:30 pm until the campus and surrounding areas were cleared and locked.

Santa Ana High School Lifts Lockdown After Bomb Threat
The Santa Ana Police Department sent out a public advisory around 1:30 p.m. W. reported police activity in the area of ββthe 500 block of Walnut Street and asked people to avoid the area. Santa Ana police, school police and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
Henninger Elementary School, near Santa Ana High, was locked down by police β meaning the windows and doors were locked. Parents were informed that elementary school and high school students would be dismissed after the police gave the go-ahead.
